Terms and Conditions
Booking Terms
A contract exists between the client and ourselves once the client has paid the 20% deposit to the above address and the funds have been cleared. Cheques should be made payable to Camilla Kingsley.
The person making the booking guarantees payment to Tighe, for the total cost of the holiday booked and does so on behalf of, and with the consent of the rest of the party.
The balance is payable no later than 8 weeks before the commencement date of the holiday.
If the booking is made within 8 weeks of the holiday date then the full cost of the accommodation must be paid.
Cancellation Charges
A letter of cancellation from the person who booked the accommodation is necessary. Cancellation charges are as shown below:
Cancellation More than 8 weeks before the accommodation commencement date then only the deposit will not be repaid
Cancellation 4 – 8 weeks before the accommodation commencement date then a 50% refund of the balance will be repaid.
Under 4 weeks no monies will be repaid.
Deposit – Once the deposit has been paid it is non-refundable unless cancellation is made within 7 days of the booking date.
Under no circumstances can a booking be transferred without prior agreement of the management.
Arrivals & Departures
Guests are encouraged to arrive after 4pm on the first day of their holiday and to leave before 11am on their final day. Unless by prior agreement.
We do not accept arrivals after 9pm as there are no night staff.
We take no responsibility for loss or damage to valuables. Cars are parked at the owner's risk
